Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Lead – App based in Gurugram. The role involves planning, implementing, and optimizing app performance marketing campaigns to achieve targeted KPIs, such as user acquisition, app installs, and engagement. Responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing campaign effectiveness, executing A/B testing, and providing regular performance reports. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product teams, to optimize app marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Analysis to monitor, measure, and refine marketing performance
- Exceptional Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proven experience in Performance Management and Performance Testing for app campaigns
- Proficiency in app marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads and other ad management platforms
- Proficiecy working with MMP and CDP platforms like Appsflyer, Branch, Singular, Clevertap, Moengage, Vserv
- Understanding about retargeting platforms other than google and meta
- Deep understanding about GA4 & GTM
- Understanding about creative optimization and creative analysis
- strong presentation and communication skills
- Understanding of app store optimization (ASO) strategies and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage budgets, and deliver measurable results
