Role Description – जिल्हा विकास अधिकारी
The जिल्हा विकास अधिकारी will plan and implement district-level health and development programs for Jan Arogya Jeevan Society. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Pune Division, involving coordination with local stakeholders, program execution, reporting, and addressing community health needs.
Salary Range
₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Qualifications
- Leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience in planning and implementing community programs
- Data analysis, reporting, and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication in Marathi and English
- Knowledge of public health and government schemes
- Willingness to travel within the district
- Background in Public Health, Social Work, Rural Development, or related fields preferred
- Experience in government or social sector projects is an advantage
