I. Position Overview
The Vice President of Financial Management is responsible for the company's overall financial strategic planning and the establishment of its financial management system. This role oversees financial operations, budget management, treasury management, tax planning, financial analysis, and risk control activities. The VP provides expert financial support for corporate operational decision-making, ensuring the security of company assets and the achievement of business objectives.
This position requires strong strategic thinking, management capabilities, and experience in capital operations, with the ability to drive the company's financial standardization, digitalization, and international expansion.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy and Business Support
Formulate and refine the company's financial strategy as well as its medium-to-long-term financial plans;
Participate in major corporate operational decisions, providing financial analysis and business recommendations to senior management;
Establish a business analysis framework to monitor key operational metrics and profitability;
Promote synergy between financial management and business operations to enhance operational efficiency.
2. Financial Operations Management
Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, cost control, and financial compliance activities;
Establish and refine financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems;
Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;
Optimize financial processes to improve the efficiency of financial operations.
3. Budget and Treasury Management
Lead the formulation of the company's annual budget and monitor its execution;
Manage cash flow forecasting, fund allocation, and treasury security;
Establish early warning mechanisms for financial risks;
Optimize the financing structure to reduce the cost of capital.
4. Tax and Risk Control
Oversee tax planning and tax compliance management;
Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks;
Coordinate with auditors, regulatory bodies, and external agencies during inspections;
Establish a comprehensive internal control and risk management system.
5. Team Building and Management
Responsible for the organizational development and talent cultivation of the finance team;
Establish performance evaluation mechanisms to enhance the team's professional capabilities;
Drive financial digitalization and management upgrades;
Foster an efficient, compliant, and collaborative team culture.
III. Job Qualifications
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are preferred.
Work Experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management;
Minimum of 5 years of senior financial management experience within a large-scale enterprise or corporate group;
Experience in capital operations, corporate financing, public companies, or cross-border business is preferred. **Professional Competencies**
