• Get deeply involved in the day-to-day business operations
• Fully understand the company's structure, products, and compliance framework
• Represent the company in interactions with the RBI, including participating in meetings when required
• Act independently and in the best interest of the NBFC, with no material conflicts of interest
• This is a role for someone who wants to build, not just manage.
