Job Description

Must Have

Developer Must Have • 4–7 years hands-on experience in SAP Sales Service Cloud configuration and demonstrable demo delivery experience. • Strong, practical experience with SAP Cloud Integration and integrating CX with backend systems. • Working knowledge of SAP BTP components (HANA Cloud basics, CAP prototyping, Cloud Identity/SSO). • Solid troubleshooting skills for integration and demo performance issues. • Clear communication and presentation skills; ability to work with Presales, Product and IT providers. Nice to have • SAP Sales/Service Cloud, SAP Cloud Integration or SAP BTP certifications. • Experience with other SAP Products such as S/4HANA, Field Service Management, UI5/CAP development or scripting (Python/Node). Support • 2–5 years of experience in SAP Service Cloud / CRM solutions, with hands-on expertise in Service Cloud V2. • Strong knowledge of case management, omnichannel engagement, knowledge base management, and AI-driven service. • Experience with Service Cloud V2 extensibility (business rules, UI adaptation, integrations). • Familiarity with integration setups (via SAP CPI) with SAP S/4HANA or ERP. • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform under time-critical demo conditions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with customer-facing teams.
