Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Purchase Executive / Procurement Officer to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pantnagar, Uttarakhand, India. Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, coordinating purchase requisitions, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring seamless procurement processes. The role requires effective communication with vendors and internal teams to optimize purchasing operations and support the company's objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management to handle procurement operations efficiently.
- Strong expertise in Procurement processes and techniques to ensure effective supplier management and cost optimization.
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with vendors, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and basic knowledge of supply chain management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in procurement or purchasing, especially within manufacturing or automotive industries, is an advantage.
